The Fremantle Wolves Vision and Philosophy is based on providing opportunities for players and coaches to learn and compete with other players and coaches of like minded abilities and characteristics.
Winning and losing are both inevitable, and both are vital ingredients for the well rounded development of each player. Trophies are not a reflection of the development of each player as such, but rather seasons where as a collective the squads were able to perform at a higher level overall than their competition.
A clubs greatest achievement is not the trophies in their cabinets, but rather the development of the players in their trust. Indeed, some of our greatest seasons in terms of player development and satisfaction have been those which have been the most challenging. No tangible awards as such, but players who have trained and played with focus, intensity, and with an understanding of the Wolves Vision and Philosophy.
